Every price here is fixed. You pay once to have something built, then a monthly price that keeps it running, fixed and up to date. Find your kind of business, pick what you'd like, and your estimate adds up as you go.

How the prices work
Build it, once
A fixed price, agreed before I start. It covers planning it with you, building it, testing it with real examples from your business, showing your team how it works, and 30 days of fixes and tweaks after it goes live.
Then a monthly price
Hosting, keeping an eye on it, fixing it when one of your apps changes, security updates, the AI, texts and call minutes it uses, and small changes. Month to month, with 30 days' notice.
Only if you use more
Go over an allowance, like 500 chats a month, and the extra is charged at the rate shown. Software you already pay for, like your accounts or booking system, stays in your name.
If it doesn't work
If what I build doesn't do what we agreed in writing, I fix it for free. If I can't, you get that build's price back.
- Founding clients
- The first 5 businesses get 30% off every build in their first order, and their monthly price is locked for 12 months. In return, we count how long things take for a week before I build, count again after, and I write it up as a short case study. It can be anonymous.
- Order more at once
- 10% off the builds for two things, 15% for three or more, and 10% off the monthly for three or more. Your estimate does this for you.
- Spread the build
- Builds over £1,000 can be spread over 6 monthly payments at no extra cost.
- Pay yearly
- Twelve months of the monthly price for the price of ten.
- Run it yourself
- I can build an automation in your own accounts and hand it over with a written guide: 20% more on the build and no monthly price. AI assistants, the phone and outreach stay with me.
- Not on the list?
- A £295 Blueprint plans anything bigger, and comes off the order if you go ahead within 60 days. Anything small is £60 an hour.
Questions about prices
Is this the final price?
It's an estimate from the same price list I quote from. After a free 15-minute call I'll send you a fixed quote, and it won't be a surprise. If something on your list isn't worth building, I'll tell you straight.
Why is there a monthly price?
What I build runs every day. It needs a server, it uses AI, texts or call minutes that cost money, and the apps it connects to change. The monthly price covers all of that, and I'm the one who notices and fixes things, not you.
Can I stop the monthly?
Yes. It's month to month with 30 days' notice, after a three-month minimum for AI assistants, the phone and outreach, and six months for apps. Your data is yours, and anything built in your own accounts stays with you.
Is VAT added?
No. Autora isn't VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Do I need an app?
Probably not, and I'll say so. An app is worth it when customers or staff would open it every week: bookings, ordering, loyalty, or a team out on jobs. Otherwise a message, a form or an automation does the job for less.
Will it work with what I already use?
Usually, yes. Most email, calendar, CRM, accounts and booking tools can be connected. If something can't be, I'll tell you before we start.
